1a Giving priority to the recovery of the architectural heritage, especially of historical and cultural value, to create places of culture, even in open spaces: spaces for exhibitions, concerts, museums, media events, plays, libraries, media libraries, etc; recovery for new spaces of culture

1b Giving priority to the recovery of architectural assets, create tourist services beyond seasonal hospitality: country hotel, albergo diffuso, timesharing, resort, apartments, B&B, hotel-village, eco-village, refuge; recovery for new hospitality spaces

1c Giving priority to the recovery of the architectural heritage (farmsteads, farms, mills, forges, etc.) to create  tourist hospitality services beyond seasonal: agritourism; recovery for new hospitality spaces: agritourism

1d Giving priority to the recovery of architectural assets, create commercial and tourist services and sector activities: environments for promotion, production and distribution of food products and local crafts; craft courses, gastronomy, etc; recovery for new retail spaces

1e Giving priority to the recovery of the architectural assets, create environments outside the urban centres to utilise the landscape: educational farms; eco-museums, science centres, ethnographic museums; biological stations, observatories; tourist stations linked to the attractiveness of the landscape; recovery for new spaces utilising the landscape

1h Giving priority to the recovery of the architectural heritage by creating environments for sports and recreational activities: centres for horseback riding, sports fishing, sports equipment rental, athletics tracks, swimming pools and playgrounds, etc; recovery for new environments for sport and leisure

1i Giving priority to the recovery of architectural assets, create spaces for sectoral and cultural activities, compatible and specialised: atelier, arts and crafts workshops, also spread through the territory or within a settlement, etc.; micro-companies dedicated to sectoral and cultural activities: workshops

2a Encourage the use or sale of clean energy: biomass cogeneration plants; biogas; pyrogasification of biomasses; production of pellets; heat pumps; integrated photovoltaic or solar systems; water jumps; geothermal energy; wind power, etc. plants for use or sale of clean energy

2b Giving priority to the recovery of the existing architectural heritage to develop multiservice spaces for people, businesses, tourism (postal and telephone services, telecommunications, banking, police, health and medical services, etc.); multiservice spaces

2c Giving priority to the recovery of architectural heritage by creating business incubators, support branches for the creation of new micro-businesses, services in the field of environmental management, and in the provision of services to the population and businesses; recovery for business incubators

2d Upgrade existing rural buildings by converting them to be used for teleworking, enabling information and communication technologies; recovery for telework

2e Giving priority to the recovery of the architectural heritage by creating micro-companies dedicated to sectoral and cultural activities compatible and specialised: research centres and laboratories; studios for engineering, architecture, design, computer science, photography; educational workshops, artistic, etc.; recovery for specialised sectoral activities (studios, workshops)

2f Giving priority to the recovery of the architectural assets, create environments aimed at sectoral and commercial activities (also shops for necessities); commercial spaces

2g With priority to the recovery of existing architectural heritage, create health facilities: RSA; Hospice, Veterinary Laboratories; Studios and medical research laboratories, etc. healthcare facilities

2h Promote the creation of water-related recreational areas (jetties, scenic views, floating environments) and equipment for sport and wellness (swimming pools, spas, thermal environments, boat rentals) where there are established tourist - cultural, educational or instructional circuits; water in tourist circuits

2i Create industrial or sectoral activities of medium size (logistics, goods storage, warehouses, etc.) only if they have ties to the territory, quality and environmental sustainability; industrial or sectoral activity of medium size

 

2 DIVERSIFICATION INTO NON-AGRICULTURAL ACTIVITIES. Support farms in the process of diversification and expansion of activities, developing the production of non-agricultural goods

 

 

 

 


 

3 DIVERSIFICATION AND INNOVATION IN AGRICULTURE.  Support farms in the process of crop diversification and innovation in agricultural practices

3a Improve the quality of agricultural and forestry production through sustainable production methods from an environmental point of view, including integrated and organic production; organic farming

3b Promoting the cultivation of traditional food products, localising the crops according to the quality of products; typical food products

3c Improve infrastructure facilities for sustainable use of water resources: reservoirs for wastewater and stormwater; water purification plants; constructed wetlands; new infrastructures for water resources, constructed wetlands

3d Improve infrastructural facilities for sustainable use of water resources and soil protection: rationalisation of water distribution networks; rationalisation of water networks

3e Reclaim fallow lands subject to hydrogeological instability, landslides, mudslides and various forms of pollution through new agricultural practices; new agricultural practices against soil instability

3f Modernisation of existing greenhouses and construction of new high performance ones in environmental horticulture, nursery floriculture; new greenhouses

3g Modernisation of stables and construction of new high environmental performance ones for recovery of animal breeding; aquariums; new stables and aquariums

3h Promote the creation of youth entertainment places: parks; sports equipment and areas; discos, spaces (also outside) for concerts, exhibitions, shows, recording rooms, cinema; youth entertainment places

 

4 CULTIVATE THE LANDSCAPE. Increase the competitiveness of businesses by increasing resilience and the environmental value of natural ecosystems

3a Intensify naturalisation interventions of agricultural land, uncultivated land, infested land, spaces resulting at the edge of construction sites, abandoned quarries, production areas etc. by developing: forests, parks, also agricultural; naturalisation interventions

3b Improve the quality and the economic value of forests and valuable crops (olive groves, vineyards, etc.) by means of interventions simultaneously compatible with development: tourism, commercial, industrial; agriculture and tourism

3c Promote the use of local agricultural and forestry products in new uses: public furniture, handicrafts, construction; forest products for furniture, construction

3d Intensify the creation of spaces for vegetable gardens, with attention to the character of aesthetic perception; gardens

3e Intensify naturalisation efforts and reforestation of vulnerable zones or that have overall problems with soil erosion or pollution; naturalisation and reforestation

3f Restore natural environments damaged by disasters and take appropriate preventive measures against natural hazards: hydrogeological instability, landslides, mudslides, volcanic flows, pest infestations, diseases, etc; preventive measures against natural hazards

 

5 COOPERATION AND SHORT CHAIN. Facilitate aggregation processes based on associative business forms to enable cost savings resulting from economies of scale

5a Encourage cooperative projects and space aggregation (food industry; industrial, sustainable energy; tourist-cultural networks); aggregation spaces for short chain 

5b Encourage cooperation in eco tourism projects understood as the creation of services and facilities that enhance naturalist areas, environmental assets (from landscape to caves); cultural heritage inserted in the environment, local cultural events; environmental tourism cooperation

 

6 GROWTH OF THE BIO-ECONOMY. Encourage the development of the local economy by focussing on technological innovation and renewable energy sources

6a Encourage the use or sale of clean energy: biomass cogeneration plants; biogas; pyrogasification of biomasses; production of pellets; heat pumps; integrated photovoltaic or solar systems; water jumps; geothermal energy; wind power, etc; plants for use or sale of clean energy

6b Develop information and communication technologies (ICT): teleworking stations, tourist, cultural, commercial and sectoral activities; ICT development 

6c Increase bio-building operations that favour: local raw materials; recycling existing materials; building techniques with low environmental impact throughout the life cycle of the building; building operations: raw, recycled, local materials

6d Activate agroenergy systems for corporate use utilising animal and/or vegetable biomass; water recovery through constructed wetlands or desalination; rainwater reservoirs; biomass, rainwater recovery, constructed wetlands

6f Intensify the creation of equipped vegetable gardens, also for the deposit and storage of the products; gardens

6g Build or renovate buildings that maximise their energy efficiency through: correct orientation, thermal insulation and acoustic performance, proper ventilation, etc; form follows climate

7 BUSINESS AND INFRASTRUCTURE. Improve the competitiveness of businesses (also touristic), by improving the conditions of the infrastructure needed for development

7a Improve the access to agricultural lands and land reparcelling to facilitate: the movement of mechanical equipment, the development of processing activities inside the farm, access to farms also for touristic purposes; land reparcelling

7b Restructure the forest trails or create new ones according to the needs for protection of the land for the recovery of forest biomass and higher penetrability for fire fighting and tourism purposes; forest trails

7c Promote the use of local rail network for improving tourist reception and information services in the stations and in the surrounding areas; encourage tourist transport by rail

7d Promote the use of the rail network for local transport of goods by improving logistics services, storage and access in the stations and surrounding areas; encourage freight transport by rail
